Individual Therapy for Adults
In adult individual psychotherapy, I will work with you to accomplish your therapeutic goals. Typical goals include decreasing depression, building parenting skills, improving relationships, or coping with trauma or loss. Talk therapy with cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods is the primary mode I utilize when working with adults. However, I may suggest creative modalities as another means of engaging you with therapeutic material.
